Definition:
G60, a specialized internal lubricant tailored for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) products, offers pivotal properties that finely optimize PVC processing. G60 typically presents itself in the form of a fine powder.
Features:
- High fatty alcohol, which meet the hygienic standards
- Odorless and non-toxic
- Serve the same function as Stearic Acid, has better compatibility with PVC, and is hard to precipitate.
- Reduce the internal friction while increasing the flowability and showing stable internal lubrication.
Applications by Markets
Mainly used in the production of non-toxic non transparent PVC products: soft and rigid, such as PVC compound, PVC Foam Sheet/Board, WPC Floor, PVC pipes and Fittings, and thermoshrink Film.
